Important: We never share your content with other users or use it for other users AI models.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence or benchmarking
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VibeFrame and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Thumbnails generated by our AI models are provided to you under a commercial license. You may use them for:

• Your YouTube videos and social media content
• Commercial purposes related to your content creation
• Marketing and promotional materials

You may not resell AI-generated thumbnails as standalone products or claim ownership of our AI technology.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase.

8. Service Availability
